So, I also wanted to provide some advice regarding how you can deal with it. These activities are always able to put my mind at ease and hopefully allow you to do the same. So let's jump into the list!
Meditate
Sleep
Take a walk
Do some journaling
Take a break from social media
Exercise
Get lost in your thoughts
Thymus tap (Look it up! I found this technique a few months back and it is magic!)
Listen to some music
Light some candles
Take a few deep breaths
Pursue your favorite hobbies
Watch YouTube
Do some light reading
Declutter and organize your living space
Go through your camera roll
Text friends you feel comfortable with
Make a list of everything you're thankful for
Watch a movie
Play a game with your family
Drink more water
Chew some gum
Have a good cry/laugh
Download Headspace or Calm and start using those apps
Give yourself a positive self-talk
I hope these ideas will help you destress. I know most of these ideas sound overused, but they do work, and I encourage everyone to try them.
